Lounge
​
The lounge is equipped with a smart tv, built in DVD player, freesat tv, and plenty of seating. An electric fire and gas central heating are avilable if needed. Books, games and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment or you can watch the world go by through the window seat with traditional sash windows. Alternatively, take the picnic hamper along to the beach and relax by the sea.
Kitchen & Dining

A modern kitchen is provided with all appliances such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, kettle, 4 slice toaster and microwave. All crockery and utensils are provided for your every need. A range of cookbooks are available for you to use if required.
The dining area has a Table to seat 4.

Bedroom 1 
​
A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom.
with quality furniture, bedroom 1 includes a double bed, double wardrobe equipped wih coat hangers, two bedside cabinets with drawers and lamps, dressing table with drawers, chair and a mirror. A Luxurious quilt, pillows and bedding are provided as well as a full sized mirror, radio alarm clock and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 
​
The bespoke beds in bedroom two have been designed to make the most of the space available. Each bed is 185cm long and 75cm wide, just short of a full size single. Storage is provided in the form of a single wardrobe with internal drawers. A nautical bedside lamp completes the room.

Bathroom
​
The large modern bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath, sink, wc and heated towel rail. A shaving mirror is provided as well as quality towels for your use.
​
Outdoor Area
​
A small area at the back of the property is provided with a bistro table for you to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Please bear in mind this is an access area to the main street but is only shared by four considerate property owners.
